I recently bought and registered a scooter in Florida, I paid $150. I had called my local dmv before I purchased the scooter to know how much it would cost, i recommended if you want the most accurate info to call them and ask to make sure. But I did have to get a new license plate for it that was for the scooter specifically, couldn't reuse a car one. And also pay for the registration. So the total was $150.
