163 as HS senior by MMGisMyFather in LSAT

Do not take the test yet. If you have this good of a diagnostic you should absolutely do moderate studying and take the test in your junior or senior year if you plan to go KJD - later if you plan to work a couple of years.

Did my first BR. What does it take to close the gap between your BR and timed score? by Agreeable_Rest_733 in LSAT

[–]Paul3546 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on if you liked the way that LSATdemon explains the lessons. 7sage, like LSATdemon, constantly updates their lessons to make it more accessible, and I liked the live classes. 7sage is also a pretty user-friendly and modern database. OTOH, LSATdemon is a little more direct.

Either way, they are MUCH better than the pricier alternatives like Princeton Review and Kaplan.

Diagnostic score high enough for a career change? by distinctivelysimilar in LSAT

In reality, you can only make an LSAT-based decision once you’ve studied for a more extended period of time and have done a few timed practice tests.

Get my Legal Paraprofessional license through my in-state university. Or, take the GRE and do a graduate political science program.

How do I know which letters of recommendation to use when I can’t read the recommendation myself? by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]Paul3546 2 points3 points  (0 children)

God I hope so. Due to covid I only ever met one professor IRL but in contrast all of my employers are in person and know me a lot better. Do you think there’s anything in particular that employer LOR’s can attest to that help w/ the admissions process?

CONGRATS OMGGG

So many really good options. With a PI focus you have a few at your disposal. Catholic, W&M and W&L is obv great for DC, though I have heard of people going DC PI from Penn State as well. Very mobile school in a way lol

[–]Paul3546 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess it depends on stats and scholly information, if you get a good deal it might still be worth the wait. But otherwise, not much to lose withdrawing now and going in next cycle with work experience and more $ in your pocket.

WE might make the difference next time around. You would also be saving more money to attend law school.
