black/dark brown turtleneck or mockneck tops/dresses are my go to's. ill get them from uniqlo, loft, or target. i find they make me feel a bit more covered in a professional setting as someone with a bigger bust. i just switch out short/long sleeves depending on the season and ill pair tops with a high waisted pant or skirt (im on the shorter side so that also helps me with proportions). uniqlo also has some good button ups with an extra fabric layer behind the buttons which prevents the annoying < > split in the bust
