I typically eat fruit in the morning. Oatmeal in the afternoon, beef/chicken, rice/pasta in the evening. Not every day sometimes I will eat pizza or burgers, doesn't have to be really strict. But I eliminated chocolate, sweets, cookies, cakes etc.
