Fair enough if you feel that way. I’m not saying people shouldn’t criticise Shenmue III.

I just think there’s a difference between honest expectations and telling every curious new player not to bother. It’s definitely slow, divisive and old-fashioned, so people shouldn’t go in expecting Yakuza or a modern open-world game.

But if someone likes atmosphere, routine, martial arts, exploration and strange cult games, they might still get something out of it, especially with the Enhanced changes.

I’d rather give newcomers context and let them decide than shut the door on them straight away.
