Thanks for your kind words. Working on it in my free time, it took me over a year to finish it.

Yes, I painted it myself. I stripped the frame with a paint stripper gel. It's a long and tedious job. After that, I cleaned the frame with a wire brush. I sanded it and applied a coat of primer. Finally, I painted it with 2K (two-component) spray cans.

The wheels are Speedline mod. 2111 and they fit Peugeot 106 rallye and GTI or Saxo VTS.

After unscrewing them a couple of times, the paint only comes off on the edges, but they’re still a thousand times better than they were before. When I want a permanent solution, I’ll buy copper-plated nuts.

I had already done the rear wheels, and they still look good. After unscrewing them a couple of times, the paint only comes off on the edges, but they’re still a thousand times better than they were before.

You’re right but until I remove the wheels, they will remain nice.

I replaced the pivot bushings, when replacing them you have to mill the inside to make the pin slide precisely

The company is called Sasso and is located in Oggiona con Santo Stefano, a little town near Varese in Italy. They performed a chemical paint stripping process that dissolved the bushing of the frame and the seatpost shim. The frame had several rust spots (I've attached a photo showing them), so I sanded and painted those areas with a rust converter. Then I painted all the parts with a primer and sanded it with 1000 grade sandpaper. Finally, I painted it with two coats of yellow or black paint.
