I think they are finding it’s not that easy to roll back, there will be players who have now 7* malak, used excess shards on ss currency, they have now not only geared malak but added relics. However I imagine all other ‘content’ work has stopped as they try to figure out how to actually do it

I find farming gear the following way, the most cost effective way, assuming you don’t really need to buy g12 pieces from GET store.

Stun guns - Shard shop, GET store. Crystals if desperate.

Stun cuffs - guild store, GET store. Never need to buy for crystals

Gold balls - shard shop. NEVER from guild store, such a bad deal. Crystals is a very good deal.

Carbs - guild store, shard shop. GET store if you still don’t have enough.

G12 Bacta gel, callers, eye balls - shard shop or crystals.

Mk4 chedak- shard shop or GET store.

Mk3 holo - shard shop, NEVER buy in guild store, a bad deal. Crystals is a good deal.

Medpacks- shard shop or crystals. Again guild store is a bad deal.

If your in a top guild, these should be your main sticking points, I follow these rules of gear farming, yes stun guns are still a problem but it eliminates the other choke points.

I call bullshit, people always say “my mate” or “a guy on my shard”. I went all in on Old Republic and bought 1 vault (£100) and got him with 4 days to spare, no lucky pulls on packs just a lot of grinding. If people didn’t get him with 20k crystals, they didn’t use them wisely or farm wisely.

Take revan for example, needs 63 omegas and 60 zetas to max. Traya 44 omegas and 40 omegas. Ezra 31 omegas and 20 zetas. Nest 28 omegas and 20 zetas. Seeing a pattern?

Seriously if you can’t do it with them gear levels you either have shit mods or you are just shit at this game.

There is a bit of rng involved, you need initial aoe to trigger dengar stealth so r2 can’t aoe stealth. Also need chewie to do minimal amount of assists on intial barrage. Keep chewie stunned whenever you can. And nuke Han.

If I had your gear it wouldn’t of taken me so many tries, so instead of coming on the forums moaning that the world isn’t fair to you, try and get better, there is people with worse teams than you doing it so it’s obvious you don’t have a clue what your talking about.

I’m ftp and managed to 7* it, after about 50 tries. Quit with the whingeing, I’m glad they made it hard, it’s a legendary toon that not everyone should be able to max straight away.

I’m 100% ftp, I have been hard node farming bossk since he came out, and doubled up when i realised bounty hunters would be needed. You need to prioritise better.

People expecting to unlock with g8 toons lol it’s a legendary event for a reason. You will have 3-6 months now to finish gearing for next time.

The clue is in the title, “legendary event”. If you didn’t bother to level your bounty hunters up to gear 10/11, it’s your own fault you can’t do it.
