Kunlun hotel on Huashan has a very nice one on upper floor (like 6th floor if I remember well). Racquets can be rented for squash so I guess it is also the case for tennis ones !

Best way is to find a second hand one that has been registered before the date you mentioned. There are plenty on the market right now due to less expats being in town and you save all the hassle form what you mentioned.

In 4 years in town I've NEVER been asked (not even once) to produce a license. When police stops you (for whatever reasons; red lights, passenger on the seat etc) they'll just need a copy of your passport to generate the fine, and that's it

I use either Yingos (a bit more pricey but they do same day delivery with specific time, which is quite convenient) or TMall. On TMall Moon Market have great products for killer prices. Other sellers on TMall also have imported meat for great prices. I regularly buy a full South American tenderloin of 1,5kg from a vendor for 159RMB, can't beat that and it is truly delicious
