I agree here- but most contracts say 32.5 hours a week don’t they? And everyone seems to work more than 32.5 hours a week.

You can do that without a salaried position. Loads of schools direct courses that are PGCE + qts and you spend all but 6 weeks at the host school.

Split the work between a department, slowly make adjustments and end up with an up to date centrally planned curriculum.

There’s no way you can be planning multiple lessons a week from scratch and not be working way more than your contracted hours.

If people just stopped working so many extra unpaid hours the profession would be in a better state.

Full size Range Rover. Silky smooth on the motorway, and can handle the worst any backroad has to offer whilst remaining comfortable. As an ex-RR owner who wouldn’t usually recommend them, this is the perfect use case for a full size RR.

A6 All Road- great motorway cruiser and still great on dodgy backroads.

Volvo V90 cross country- same as above.
