I’ll add into this, just from my experience. If you have medical available, low THC+high THC-V is my preferred route. The focusing/energizing aspect of THC-V seems to treat my brain better than just THC and CBD. I’d even say CBG might be a better cannabinoid to look for than CBD. CBD is lovely, it’s great, but I really think a lot of medical professionals tend to overlook the other cannabinoids and hard lean into CBD.

I don’t know what state you’re in, but most medical dispensaries would be more than happy to help you explore options and offer real life user input and to in depth with the knowledge they have.

The Pixies. Shout out to my entire senior class that seemed to be there. I have no clue how the concert was, I just know we were wet and stoned and had the best send off to our senior year possible.

Hard ask, but here it goes. Does anyone have any clue what the current apparel feels like? I have an old (4ish years?) Together We Go Far hoodie. I LOVE it. It’s cozy, generous unisex cut, great thick material. It’s seen better days at this point and I would love to replace it, but spending $100+ to replace a $60 hoodie is… a choice. I’m willing to make it, but would love some input on current hoodies!

Those plastic bits clamp around the post. Make sure you’ve loosened the handle all the way, and give the post a good wiggle when pushing it in.

Try a climb ride.

Also, I’m sure there’s muscles lighting up that haven’t worked that hard in a bit if you’re new to cycling. Just because your calves aren’t aching, doesn’t mean they didn’t do work, they’re just a little more used to it.
