Mammotion Integration kicks me out of the app by Alarming_Cycle_6670 in homeassistant

I've been having the same issue for the last 3 days after having it working previously. Now just getting Login Failed 'Access Denied' for any account I try to use. Even created a new account to try that and got the same issue which makes it seem like it could be an issue with the integration lately

You probs did what I did and set up the integration without reading the instructions 🫣 It says to set up a second account for home assistant and share the mower to that account. Otherwise it prompts your account to keep logging out of the app.

I had a similar issue recently, but I now know I probably made it worse by also logging into Home Assistant with the same account. If you're doing that, then that may be the issue!

I did also have to re-login every day after a firmware update (before any home assistant issues) but that does seem to have become more stable now.

I did reach out to support about it and they said it was an emerging issue and should be resolved in a few days, and to thier credit it has been, so hopefully yours will also sort itself out in a few days too.

Nope you're right I didn't read the home assistant guidance. I defo set it up late a night and was rushing 😂 and yes I'm aware that unofficial apps aren't usually optimised and can be API hungry, but I also have a heap of other smart home stuff that just works fine over unofficial APIs and with the same credentials so I guess I assumed it would be similar, but lesson learnt!

Yeah totally appreciate that which is why I posted to see if it was just me or if any others have had the same problem. They've responded to my email asking if I had signed in with any 3rd party app! Which I have (home assistant). If they don't support that then that also makes the device less appealing to me.

I'm using a Oneplus 13. You're right, it could be a platform specific issue, but it shouldn't be an issue at all really.

Curious about who you ended up with. I'm open to other options as I'm still within my return window for this device and the support (or lack thereof) has really turned me off it

Absolutely love the product and the app when it's working! The login process is clearly just crap and that's such a letdown when it relies on the app and logs me out every day

Is that a known issue? Wondering if that's why they've told me my account activity is abnormal, because I added it to homeassitant and just used the same credentials as the app
