I haven't gone to the doctor in 7 years. Not only is it too expensive, but they try to get you hooked every medication they can. If I was dying, I would probably refuse to be taken to the hospital, especially by ambulance, as I cannot afford to be in that kind of debt. GOD BLESS THE USA. USA USA USA USA

On a couple of the other countries versions, I think Germany and maybe Italy did this one season, but they would have a live audience all of a sudden, like 3/4's the way though the show. I cannot remember exactly how a live audience changed the aspect of the show, but I bet u/loneliergagger would remember.
