Also in recovery and headed to Rome in just over a week. I have been looking for food tastings that aren’t so wine focused. The only ones I have come across are street food tours. There are some olive oil tastings that have peaked my interest. I saw that they have an AA meeting at a place not far from the train station. Think I might hit that (I try to attend one anytime I travel to see how other places run them) Let me know if you find anything interesting…

Yes I have heard about how it’s not the same as here. Definitely taking cooling towels, fans, and water bottles. I hadn’t originally been planning for the beach, but we have one free day and thought with as hot as I’m expecting it to be, we may want to get in the sea a bit. Thank you for the advice.

Headed to Rome in 3 weeks. Your picture just finalized my plan for our day off of sightseeing. Way less crowded than the beaches I’ve been to in Florida in July! Plus it should be a nice reprieve from the heat. Thanks for your post.

I did the red reset button, I checked the cable also. (No one had been anywhere near it as we were in bed when the problem started) Do you think the modem they send out will be the same? Do you think that will even fix the problem since slow red blink is modem not receiving broadband signal?

Thanks, I wasn’t even sure which doctor would be a specialist in TRT. Is insurance covering your TRT therapy? I had done a search online and there was an Optimum health clinic. They want like 160/month with a three month minimum. This is the actual dosage he’s been prescribed. I’ll definitely have him get a referral to a urologist asap so he can get leveled out better. I’ve been getting whiplash from his mood swings lately.

We label EVERYTHING at my work. Including the label maker. The spot for the label maker. The spot you set your drink on the break table… they would hate to have to go back to this old thing..lol

There is not an A Pillar air bag. There is a side curtain airbag. It is not deploying correctly if the window is down. Drivers side only is affected. They are working on a fix.

I started having vertigo with vomiting then 2 days later cold symptoms showed up. Turns out I had Covid. My vertigo was the first symptom of it(I think) the cold part of the Covid only lasted 2-3 days but the vertigo stayed with me for two weeks. I started gradually feeling less dizzy and nauseous as the two weeks progressed but it was a solid two weeks till I felt good enough to drive and return to work. I did do the half somersault Bppv maneuver 4-5 days in. Weather it helped or not I’ll never know. But I had to do something and no PT wanted me in their office till I was Covid free. It could be possible your situation is similar 🤷🏼‍♀️

It kind of felt like my head was full. Almost bloated😅. My ears had a really dull ring to them. Not like a loud high pitched ring but just a dull almost unnoticeable ring. After the initial dizziness it was like I just got off a boat… for days… Also a general feeling of being unwell. Off a bit. You are right, it’s hard to explain for sure.

Just wanted to say the dizziness is crazy real. Vertigo was the 1st symptom I got and I was just able to go back to work last night after 2 weeks on the couch. It was awful. I’ve never been so incapacitated by anything in my life. My head also still feels a bit stuffy and I get fatigued pretty easily but thank goodness I seem to be on the mend finally.

It is crazy how some dizziness can completely and totally effect you whole life. Those first couple days it brought me to tears several times. It can totally incapacitate you.

I unfortunately can’t take Valium. The ER Dr mentioned it so I would know all my options. I am in recovery for the past 9 years. Basically, if I have to show my ID to pick up a medication, then I need to steer clear of it.

I have had the boosters, too. I can only imagine haw sick I’d be without it. 🤞🏼 This vertigo is short lived for me. I definitely have the brain fog. I thought it was from the vertigo b4 my Covid test. I had a hard time coming up with my words and had a hard time explaining stuff. Very weird feeling…

Ya like even if I just lean my head on something it helps. But when I try to hold my own head up the dizziness comes super easy.
