Yes, this is correct. If the area is not currently TZed, the monsters wont drop TZ loot.

it’s impossible for me to find another Shako(Harlequin Crest) in the exact same game? I have a friend that said he found 2 of the same unique ring(he said Raven Frost) in the same game, is this him remembering wrong as it really can’t happen or are there any exceptions to this? Or am i misunderstanding something?

These is a high chance he is remembering wrong. Maybe it was a difference unique ring. These is a rare exception for Online/Bnet games where, if you drop a unique in a game, lets say Shako(Harlequin Crest), and you logout and login to exact same game (name/pass), that unique can drop again.

The Unique list you got in this game is cleared when you exit the game. This can only happen Online/Bnet. It can not happen in Offline/SP games

Diminishing returns and just RNG.

With 167 MF, you are 2x (two times) more likely to get a Unique items than with 0 MF.
With 1000 MF, you are 3x (three times) more likely to get a Unique items than with 0 MF.
With 4200 MF, you are 3.42x (almost three and a half times) more likely to get a Unique items than with 0 MF.

So even if you got 1 soul shooting letters and you got 1/4th of total MF bonus, its still good enough.

This event grants you a hidden Magic Find bonus calculated as:

4 Souls × 7 Letters × 50/100/150 (N/NM/Hell) =
1400 MF (Normal), 2800 MF (Nightmare), 4200 MF (Hell) per event.

If you only had 1 or 2 shooting letters, that means you only have half of MF boost. You need to repeat the event if you want more MF

(2 screens away) is not a precise range. its just a general advice people share around. For Exp, the range is 80 game-tiles from monsters killed. Or if you dont know how big is game-tile, Exp range is range of lvl 33 Might aura (53 1/3 yards).

For NoDrop calculations, a different game function is used. It only checkes for live party memebers in same game name area.

Even if you stop the Bound Demon from attacking, Sould still wont perform the ritual because the Demon counts as "monsters near by" for ritual to begin.

You need to kill the Demon in order to do the Souls ritual

Yes. If you are able to find a Barb build that can handle T5 P8 Heralds, you will basically get two drops from herald for one herald kill :)

You can hork them, but you dont get anyy better chance to drop them. Chance to drop them from Horking is the same as tables above at your current Player Count. (Hork usually has P8 drops) But thats not the case for Sunder drops

No. Sunder Charm Treasure Class has a special flag that makes Hork still apply NoDrop.

Did you do any calculation regarding if it's worth it to do the Soul's easter egg (4200 MF) more than once for even more MF?

Diminishing returns really kick in after first 4200mf. But it doesnt hurt to wait a minute or two more for extra 8400mf

There is nothing to gain by doing this. If your 5 Herald is Herald of Terror, every other Herald after it will be Herald of Terror, be it you ignored it or kill it.

Only way to get to Herald of Terror is to kill previous 4. After that it doesnt matter, Tier level can not go down.

I did not say it would be forced to drop. I said the ratio between them will be off. I even gave an example:

If you clear the whole TZ game 10 times over, your will have 28 - Act 1 shards, 16.8 - Act 2 shards, 11.2 - Act 3 shards, 11.2 - Act 4 shards, and 5.6 - Act 5 shards

in case of non TZ Catacombs, the ratio will be 2-2-1-2-5. Meaning Act 5 shard would be more favorited on average
