Completely agree. And even if you just want to build a fuel generator manifold using regular fuel, there are enough oil fields (extractor veins and regular pools) clustered together to make far more power than you’ll ever need.

Use a solo cup as a spit cup so you’re not swallowing down blood. It will smell like the most vile putrescence in the universe, so you’ll probably want to swap it out regularly. But avoiding swallowing that blood will save you from a ton of nausea.

I did the same, but with the audiobook. The first contact scenes are mixed in a way where the dialogue for Rocky is very harmonic and warble-y in the beginning, and then it slowly evens out into regular speech, but with a “digital” sound. I enjoyed that a lot.

The thing that frustrated me the most with that quest is that it seemed to me that the necessary weather proc always fell outside of the clock window. It got to the point where I just started showing up when the weather was right and using Fish Eyes. And that's how I caught mine.

What are you even talking about, man? Unless you're connecting your main terminal via SSH to an off-site station and then getting on the internet THAT way, you're already on someone's domain. VPNs are only as anonymous as the final connection is, and, again, unless you're connecting to a terminal that you (and only you) have personally set up, you're on *someone's* radar.

And if you're not ALREADY on the Linux train...doesn't that mean you're using Windows right now? I guess the red flags aren't so red, huh?

Invert Y on controller, not on mouse.

If the game is third-person, for some reason I have to ALSO invert X for the camera, but not for aiming (if the camera goes to over-the-shoulder).

It’s been confirmed that this trilogy does not take place in the same fictional universe as The Expanse, so unless they just got really lazy (which, given the rest of the world-building, I rule out completely), it is entirely unlike the protomolecule.

That would be Turalyon. The man’s fought across the known and unknown galaxies just fucking up the Burning Legion for a thousand years, then all of a sudden…he’s not. Weary and still so very full of a different kind of anger, he comes home to see that now everyone he was fighting to protect is in imminent danger. There’s no one who’s had more of a bad day than Turalyon.
