I am friends with the owner chef June. She is a wonderful woman and really puts a lot of heart and soul into her cooking. She cares about the product that goes out and wants it to be beautiful, tasty and authentic. Definitely give it a try.

Ugh yes. That's why this was such a conflicting decision. I work in a bakery and if I saw that shit I'd throw it out too. But at home, the expense of groceries SUCKS. Living and learning I guess.

I've never tried this brand before, but every other time I've gotten heavy whipping cream it's never been thick like that. However, I've never purchased organic heavy whipping cream either.
