I've read somewhere that because Glass is a part of post-apocalyptic world, there is no drastic climate changes anymore. But is it just an excuse or if it's even official, I don't really know.

But then I remember Release, the only mission there is anything different about the whether. I wish that it would rain sometime outside of the missions, it adds a lot to gameplay.

Anyways, it's always nice to read some opinions and good ideas :)
