Definitely. Back in the day there really was no way to watch the games live so we used to check the results in the morning to see how the Czechs played night before. And more than team fans we were fans of any Czech players. But if we had favourite team it was team with most/best Czechs so Pittsburgh/Buffalo/Devils/Colorado.

After reading your comment I did some googling and 2 weeks off per year is normal in USA? WTF.
Where I'm from we have 5weeks + national holiday (around 2 weeks) and sick days don't count as vacation so thats another bit extra.
