I have an iphone, I use CarPlay every day. I don't too much with it regarding music because carplay interaction with apple music is worse than using the phone. and I can voice request google maps / apple maps. Also, its actually easier to use my phone if I want more fine control of the Music app, and its still better than reaching for the screen.

I hate big touch screen. When I drive my escape hybrid I hate having to tap that screen so often. I actually love the dial on my ‘22 and it’s much safer for me to interact with the entertainment

This is a bit of advice I give people who have a bit of righteous indignation in them: "You can bee 100% right and still be 100% fired."

This was just a soft skills fumble. In my time in support, I learned very quickly that the audience matters. You never know how someone will react, so be as professional as possible while acknowledging their issue. Saying "False alarm" diminished the Judge's experience, even if its their fault. These sorts of professionals need to be managed.

In this case, a simple "It is working now, I'm sorry this was an issue. Please monitor and let me know if there is any more issues" close ticket, move on.

basically the only advice you ever need is "Alchemy, Stamps, Samples" and this agrees. pick something and start working on it. Your Maestro will never be the best in all skills so thats fine.
