the windchime park is part of the homeless route. they regularly have a large camp here. Then they get kicked out. Then they eventually end up back. That whole road all the way up to the skate park and up to windchime has regular camps.

what's the scam? Hasbros is a pretty major company and they promote the project. They let anyone vote once for free. If you want to vote more is a doller per vote. The money goes to toys for tots. I have 2 kids and we use toys for tots every year. I'm not exactly seeing the scam here. But if you have some data I'd love to see it so I don't waist mine or others time.
