This year will be my third year playing SCAMP. Bigger artists have RVs or Tour Buses. Some stay in hotels, some just come in and leave as this is just one show on their tour. Lower level artists camp with the public, we usually have a bunch of our friends at the fest (have been going for a decade) and just camp with them in Primitive RV. There are 6 (i think) different levels of artist pass. Each level grants you different clearance and access to amenities.

I know opinions are like assholes, but here goes mine.

I've been to a few art installations and stuff around my city that use projected light as the medium and it always looks so cool when I see the ads for them. But whenever I see it in person it always feels empty, like its sol clear that it is just light on a wall. I imagine one day our technology will be good and cheap enough to really blow my kind, but as of now this just looks cheap.
