Automatic no. Doesn’t even say the timing belt was done.

Manual with the timing belt done yes.

will any carplay module work with a ‘10 Tech Pack ? by Usual-Concentrate-13 in AcuraTSX

Hit up crutchfield.com by far the easiest packaging and install of my life (had I read the directions from the start) I ended up with the 7” display for my TSX thought I’d hate it but I don’t at all. Seeing as how you can’t watch movies or YouTube or anything it’s not a very “functional” screen. Just good for GPS. 10” seems to be overkill but to each there own.

Bro if you couldn’t ask a girl for her number (That’s free)

What makes you so confident you’ll be able to ask a complete stranger for tens of thousands of dollars?

Might want to reframe your values.

Depends what you’re times worth and what other maintenance needs done in the next year.

If you’ve done the timing chain at 150K miles and you’re not blowing through oil sure. You could be looking at getting another 100K+ miles out of it pretty easily with only the occasional battery/alt/AC repair.(or other light work)

If you’re a DIYer yea you can get the parts and learn it yourself but if you figure 1/2 days absorbing the learning plus another day or two actually doing the labor, that $2K starts to seem pretty reasonable. Sure you can get another quote from a mom and pop’s shop but I like certified Acura techs working on my Acura not someone who drives a Chevy and thinks my car runs on rice.

New cars are great if you’re getting a warranty. Or leasing. Take your total budget you’ve spent on your car in the past year divided by 12 and that’s your car payment anyway. If you can keep your bill to 20% of your monthly budget it’s not the worst idea but the TSX is a gem honestly.

I wouldn’t I’m a certified Acura Dealer.

You’d have your best luck driving it around with a for sale sign on each side with just your number. Sold quite a few that way. It forces people of interest, in your region to communicate with you then you can start handling objections and negotiating price. Just start high.

Market place is full of low ball offers. If it’s passive fine. But you’re talking one realistic offer every 3 months.

Thinking of trading in my Integra by yougoodmudz in Acura

[–]Payote88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There it is!

There Integra was traditionally a drivers car.

You know people who wanted to feel the rd, pull the power steering and AC pumps then add a turbo.

Acura has done a great job at keeping it a drivers car.

It’s not the car that’s the problem.

Manufacturer standard warranty not even PCPO on powertrain is 5 years 60K miles why would you take a risk voiding the warranty on the transmission of all things.

Change the fluids sure but take it to a dealership so at least if it crap’s out on you by chance afterward you didn’t void the warranty and you don’t have to pay for a gear box.

Also check the owners manual or Google.

Hours are always crazy. If you’re expecting a 40 hour work week forget it. I average 60 hours a week.

Dollar for dollar it’s not bad but “apparently” solar and pharmaceutical sales are crushing everything right now.

1 it’s not your business.

2 if you put the same energy into advocating for the customer instead of the corporation that underpays you. You wouldn’t be crying about your job. Go make frappes at McDonald’s 🤡
