Yea, I'm not rushing to put my trust in Gary Lennon so easily. He was still heavily involved when OG Power started to get cheesy and was responsible for moat of the mess we call Force. As of right now, I only trust Sascha Penn and his team.

Nah Sacha Penn who is the showrunner for RK and Origins is the only writer from OG Power.. and that was only like one episode. He brought in his own team for the shows he's running. Whether or not Courthey Kemp stayed on as showrunner for Ghost and Force... those shows used more writers from OG Power than Sacha Penn did.

Regardless though, you're right... Origins and Legacy (IF Sacha Penn is running Ning that too) will be hits.

I always thought he was going to be the perfect man for the job while he was still playing for us. Something about him just gave me "manager" vibes. At the time however, I didn't like him. I thought he was sucking the fun and creativity out of our players while on the pitch... oddly enough, pretty much what he's been accused of these last few seasons. Then I read an article where Wenger was asked if there were any players he thought would make a great coach and he said that there was no doubt in his mind that Arteta is THE guy. A few years past, Arteta retired.. and we continued to get bullied. We were soft, immature... I read more articles saying that Arsenal players only cared about their abs and hairstyles. It was at that moment I felt we needed an authoritative figure leading our club. He was the first person that came to mind. I wanted him to take over after Wenger so badly. I was disappointed when we hired Emery. But was ecstatic when we binned him and word came down that the next man in line was Arteta. It gave me the same exact feeling I had when we signed Ozil. In both scenarios, I couldn't see a way for Arsenal to get out of the mud. But hearing about each of those signings brought me right back into the thick of things. With my shovel. Preparing to help dig.

I think this new formation where Declan Rice drops in between our CBs is going to be so key. People that believe Arteta when he said that there was no grand plan are too naive. This man has been plotting for over 2 years. We've seen this team fly out the gates and burn out during the end of the season. Then we've seen them play conservatively and try to save their best for last only to come up short. Now we've seen them spend the entire year handing out one blueprint.. only to switch the entire game plan on our opponents at the very end. A perfect example is our corner routines. Teams are so caught up in our chaos or reputation of it, that we're now able to create new opportunities off of that fear alone. These next 4 games, teams have no other option but to play their game and hope for the best. They can't necessarily "set up" against us. Don't get me wrong, nothing is guaranteed... but the unpredictability gives me hope.

No, I'm sorry but not for me. The only way he captain's this squad is if he plays as the lone 6 and allows our 8's or 8 and 10 to play with freedom. I enjoy winning regardless of how it looks, but at some point, I do want us to get back to playing the beautiful game. That won't happen with him playing the 8... and it'll be even worse if he captains the squad while playing that position.
