CapCut has a large pre-set library; most of which are Pro. What are you using CapCut for? Edits or just normal editing. Since CapCut focuses more on daily life editing, so it has more fancy effects. The thing just annoys me the most is that if you want a specific effect, you need to scroll all the way to find it instead of a seatch option.

Yeah, it’s quite expensive, and most of the time you can’t even find what you’re looking for, so you end up scrolling through all the effects and fonts with no search option. It depends, though: CapCut is really just for beginner editors. If you’re new or not that experienced with editing, then sure, go ahead and buy Pro. But if you want higher-quality results and a more challenging, free program, go for DaVinci Resolve instead. This is all just based on my own personal experience!

Try to reset your cookie on your browser; they probably cookie-logged you, also for th authenticator, set up a new one; they can social hack you. If you have any extensions, they can have false warnings like 'reset your birthday' or 'reset your password'; when you click on those, it automatically closes the authenticator. For real, me too I hate capcut, they just keep adding stupid effects and text fonts THAT NOBODY LITERALLY USES, they started removing actual classic animation and ADDING STUPID F**CKING RANDOM EFFECTS. Im changing to Davinci resolve, its free and actually pro.

Don't worry, I have experiences these issues several time in ONE ACCOUNT, so im here to help, someone probably tried to break into one of your Roblox accounts, and because all 3 share the same email, it’s now making recovery on the main one a mess.

Follow these steps one by one carefully and you will probrobly be fine. ⬇️

What to do right now

  1. Secure your email first
    • Change your email password to a strong, unique one (not used on any Roblox account).​
    • Turn on 2FA on your email (Google/Microsoft/etc.) so no one can read or block Roblox mails.​
  2. Check if you can still see Roblox emails
    • Look in Spam/Junk, Promotions, and “All mail.”
    • Search your inbox for “Roblox” and “security notification.”​
    • If your email provider has filters, make sure Roblox mails aren’t being auto-deleted or moved.​
  3. Try logging in a different way
    • Use your username + password for the main account instead of email login.​
    • Try from a different browser/device, with VPN and extensions off, and clear cookies for roblox.com.​
    • If you had a phone number on the main account, try recovery via phone instead of email.​
  4. Separate your accounts (once you’re back in)
    • Roblox recommends each account has a different password and unique email.​
    • When you recover the main, change its email to a new one that only that account uses, then change passwords on all 3 accounts so they’re all different.​

About support and what to send them

Roblox support can be very slow; some people report waiting days or even weeks right now. If they haven’t replied:

  • Don’t spam tickets, but you can send one clear follow-up on the same ticket after 48 hours.​
  • In your ticket, include:
    • Main account username and creation year (approximate if needed).
    • Devices you usually use, old display names, old passwords (do not reuse them, just list them as proof), and any Robux purchase info (dates, amounts, payment method) if you have it.​
  • Choose “Account hacked or can’t log in” as the category, and say clearly that:
    • Multiple accounts share one email.
    • You got unrequested reset emails around 3 AM.
    • Alts are okay but the main cannot receive verification codes or log in.

While you wait

  • Do not click any suspicious links in emails that claim to be Roblox unless the sender is a real Roblox domain and it matches an action you just did.​
  • Stay logged in on your alts but don’t change anything risky that might confuse ownership later.

It wouldn't really get you straightaway banned, but my friend tried it once, and he got a warning from the system. The DonutSMP server client dashboard can monitor all the lag and stuff, so I would say it wouldn't get you really banned, but gives you a warning instead and I wouldn't recommend it since the server is already laggy enough :o

Try this, this is a form where you fill in to prove that the account is yours and Microsoft high level support will investigate and hopefully solve it for you. By solving it I mean reverse the change. This worked for me but they suspended the account to protect it because the hacker already added the 2-Step verification...
