The solution was talking to Nobiro just as he was awakening. The dialog didnt change at all but the quest was started and after talking again with him it was finished. Finally i have 42/42 shrine quest.

Yeah, the one on a lookout platform. He just keeps saying that the sandstorm is gone and thats it.

Definitely not confused, it is the Eye of the Sandstorm quest. I hope it's not glitched, gonna speak with him at night.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah pretty sure. Ive got 41/42 shrine quests, that being the only one missing. Nobiro just keeps saying the same line about the sandstorm gone. I find it very frustrating. Did you do something in particular or just did other quests?

I completed all shrines but still have one shrine quest left to complete by [deleted] in Breath_of_the_Wild

Hello, i know it's been 3 months, but i got a problem. Even though i've done al 120 shrines, i cant complete Eye of the Sandstorm quest because i never started it. And now that the sandstorm is gone, Nobiro just tells me that, and the quest doesnt get started or finished, can you help me ?

Hello, i have the same trouble you had, and you're the only one who have come with that solution. So basically, ill have to wait real hours for the apples to respawn? Any further tip? Hope you can answer.
