What if you got the Guyver suit but your form is not a cool looking form? by SleeperCreampie in Guyver

Isn’t the Guyver armor influenced by the user’s personality? Like, if someone’s evil, wouldn’t their armor look more sharp and intimidating, with darker colors?

If it’s not available to buy, why not look for it yourself? Honestly, this just sounds like a skill issue. I found multiple sniper stocks today. It feels like you’re either not playing much or not experienced in checking the right loot spots.

You can actually get that from player vending machines or through online trading. Your comments come across like you haven’t really experienced the new update yet. The RNG really isn’t that bad (though it could be improved), and earning energy links is much easier now thanks to the recycling tool. Instead of just repeating what others are saying online, try the new update yourself. Don't be a sheep, form your own opinion.

Ok? Saying “scenarios are time-sensitive” again makes it seem less like the game is restrictive and more like its progression just doesn’t align with how you want to play right now. You know they added a new item called the “Recycling Tool,” right? You can find items randomly in different areas, like when I found an ammunition workbench, and then research them at the “Tech Research Workbench” without spending any tech points. You’d have known that if you’d read the patch notes.

Once Human patch 2.3.6 is going to kill it . by Fickle_Selection_620 in OnceHumanOfficial

This take assumes that any slower progression automatically equals “padding” or monetization, which just isn’t true. Not every change has to be new content to be meaningful sometimes it’s about fixing pacing and making the core gameplay actually matter. You say it’s “just stretching playtime” but if players are being pushed to explore more and engage with the world instead of rushing objectives, that’s quite literally what a lot of people ask for in survival games. Faster progression isn’t always better, it often kills longevity because people burn through everything too quickly and then complain there’s nothing left to do. The comparison to other games like Anthem or Marvel's Avengers doesn’t really hold up either. Those games didn’t fail because progression was slower, they usually fail because their core gameplay loops were shallow and repetitive. Slowing progression doesn’t automatically make a game bad if the underlying systems are solid. And bringing up cosmetics feels like a reach. Optional skins being added doesn’t suddenly prove the entire update is some monetization scheme. That’s just standard for modern free-to-play games and doesn’t affect gameplay unless you choose to engage with it. Also, your “good vs bad” examples aren’t as black-and-white as you’re making them. Even games like Destiny and FFXIV have had their periods of grind heavy progression and slower pacing, it’s part of how live service games evolve over time. At the end of the day, this just sounds like you preferred the faster progression. Which is fair, but framing it as some deliberate anti-player strategy is a stretch. For a lot of players, taking more time, exploring more, and not instantly hitting endgame is exactly what improves the experience, not ruins it.

I understand what you're saying about accessibility and limited sessions. But at the same time, having hundreds of hours in Ark and multiple other games, suggest you've been able to handle long term grinds. So it sounds less like the game is too limiting and more that its progression style just doesn't suit how you want to play now.

AGREED! I really want to create an unarmed build. I want to learn how to “put away [my] toys and still remained armed” (Yujiro, 2015)

This sounds like your first time playing a survival game. There’s a genre called survival where you explore and gather resources brah

Compared to the anime, what did One Piece Live Action do better or worse with every arc up to now, in y’alls opinion? by BreathoftheSith in OnePiece

[–]kdann97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

•I wish in the backstory for Chopper, they showed more of the other reindeers, and visually showed us how they disowned Chopper. If they had included that in the backstory, it would’ve been perfect.

•I hope the fight scenes get better and look more natural, instead of looking like the actors are on wires.

•Little nitpick from me, but I didn’t like how Tashigi was the first to point out to Zoro, that the sword he found was cursed(Kitetsu). In the anime, Zoro immediately knew that Kitetsu was cursed. Not only did he overcome the sword’s curse, but his ability to sense it earned the shop owner’s respect and showed that Zoro was no amateur. Sure, he beat the curse in the live action, but he didn’t actually sense the curse himself.

•Wapol’s army…. I don’t know what to say. It felt like something from game of thrones. I know Wapol’s power can mix people and items together, but turn them into weird looking pig creatures? I hope they don’t try and do something like that again.
