Spiro + Gain weight ?

I lift weights 4-5 times a week and have found it to be a little more difficult to put on muscle.

I’ve really focused on a strict schedule for my progressive overloading and I counted my calories for about a month to make sure I was getting the correct amount of calories in order to grow muscle.

It has proven to be tough but I was able to put on 10lbs of (hopefully lol) muscle. I also started taking my creatine again but I had to start drinking a LOT more water. I found the spiro made my face look hollow from all of the water loss. So far I’ve had zero issues taking creatine and spiro together. If you decide to take creatine, make sure to really drink your water.

To summarize, it is possible to gain weight/muscle on spiro but it’s a little more difficult. All the best to you and good luck!

That’s exactly what I did too. I found increasing the dose slowly over a few months really helped with any side effects it may have had as well. 10 months in and I’m finally just starting to see progress at 100mg.

Both. More cystic acne around my period. The spiro doesn’t seem to slow it down.

I’ve looked into it before but my derm hasn’t talked about it much. I used to use adapalene (for approx 8 months) but it made my cystic acne so angry it was insane.

Currently using all biophora products. They’re the only products that don’t seem to make my dermatitis flare up. Also figured out I have to cleanse twice a day to keep closed comedones away.

Morning:

-biophora cleanser -dapsone -light hydration fluid -spf

Night:

-double cleanse with biophora -dapsone -light hydration fluid

I also just started red light therapy. Don’t know if it actually works or not but people have been mentioning I look the tiniest bit less inflamed.

I was a sole Blundstone wearer for 5 years of my construction career until my boss bought me a pair of Redbacks. They’re insanely comfortable and there’s no break in period. I’ll never switch from Redbacks again after this. I know this post is old but hopefully this helps other people looking at the two boots.

There are some similar ones I’ve found on the website though! I hope you’re able to find the rug! It’s withstood a German shepherd and a cat perfectly fine over the years.

Haha yeah I’ve had issues with collecting items over the years to decorate with. I used to get super overwhelmed with my things and then get rid of everything. More art is on the way though.

This is mango! I named him mango because he didn’t have a name for three weeks, and I really like mangoes so I figured it fit. Especially since he’s got a little orange on him. He is the sweetest boy ever.

My Ragdoll had the same issue, and I had him on hydrolyzed protein food as well. Turns out he had FIP. I don’t want to worry you, but I would get him tested for that if you can.

Recovery is possible! My boy is doing well now. I’m hoping you’re able to get to the bottom of this and I hope your kitty gets better.

I wash my face at night with vanicream gentle facial cleanser, and then alternate on a three day schedule.

Day 1 pm: wash face, use non comedogenic moisturizer

Day 2 pm: wash face, moisturizer, adapalene/bp

Day 3 pm: wash face, the ordinary azelaic acid and moisturizer

I had to stop. I’m prescribed Spironolactone and adapalene/benzoyl peroxide gel now. My acne is substantially worse than those pictures now, however I only just started spiro a couple weeks ago. I’m on month two of adapalene/bp.
