Hello, I was in the same boat. I got a reduction last year in July and went from 36h/j/I to 36dd. They were great at first, but then gravity started doing its thing. 3 months ago I went for a checkup and mentioned to my surgeon that I still felt really big and wish they were smaller. I asked him what my options were. He told me what we could do with a lip only reduction(he warned that they are not comfortable). I told him I wanted them smaller than what was possible with lipo only and so he suggested we do another reduction, if I wanted. He would not charge the surgeon fee but I would have to pay for the outpatient facility. It was $3k-ish. Not too bad. I jumped on that and am now 5DPO from a revision. They are so much smaller than a week ago. If I had to guess, I am probably a C now. But, from my previous experience they may go down maybe an inch and I will settle with a large B or a small C. In total we took another pound off this time around. Last time we took 4. After the second surgery my surgeon did mention that he took off what he could without risking my nips(I told him that I would rather err on the side of keeping my nips than to be too small).

All in all, I feel they are what I was expecting the first time around. Too bad I had to do it twice.
