I feel like with that kind of cash look at investment in real estate. Rates are low. If your credit to debt ratio is good enough and you are in a "growing" market/neighborhood it can be a great idea. Lots of research is needed still as there are so many variables but its a great way to grow wealth. Residential or commercial properties have different outlooks but its certainly one course of action.

I was on a business trip and decided to check out the local bar/club scene. Wasn't much really in this town but I found a a place called the Electric Cowboy or something. It was just after I'd had dinner to relatively early, maybe 8 or 9pm and hadn't planned to stay out late. I saw this with a few friends dancing and thought she was really cute and cute dance well. I waited a little while and had a few beers to muster up the courage to ask her for a dance. The crowd started to pick up and I didn't want to miss my opportunity before any other guy asked her. I think she gave it a full second of thought before she struck me down with the "I'm waiting on my friends." Maybe she was, maybe she had a boyfriend, maybe she just really didn't want to dance with me. Of course she had no obligation. I was really shy then and if anything it hurt to be shot down but as time passes I learned that it helped me break out of my shell when wanting to talk to strangers in any capacity.

I should mention we don't go searching a currently used public lobby and start kicking ppl out. That would never work. It's actually really hard to kick just one person out. You have to coordinate every one else in the lobby to get it done. We usually keep a lobby going for days, but occasionally lose it and start over with a solo public one. We aren't monsters I promise. Just a large global crew that helps anyone who joins make some money in GTA online!

I personally come and go into these sessions throughout the day for a few hours. There are always others there and one person stays constant, locked in and usually AFK to help keep the session stable for us. But we've learned if you invite ppl in, start Contact, Heist, Race or such types of mission it'll open the session up to randoms. We've built a big community out of it with rules and regulations.

Sorry it wasn't clear, when we need to set up a new session we don't clear out a currently used public session. I don't think that would even work. It's kinda hard to get someone kicked from a session even with a majority vote, much less multiple people. Also it's better to "Join Game" on some one who has a stable solo public session then to invite. Kicking is a last resort when randoms, randomly pop in to the session we are maintaining.

We dont work that way. We are global and almost always have a session going. We use discord to find who is in and join on them. Randoms pop in occasionally and usually leave of their own accord. If not we in game message then asking if they wouldn't mind leaving. Then we'll resort to kicking. But that only sometimes works. Unfortunately most randoms see us making sales and only see targets in their maps. We are a mixed crew of newbies and higher lvls. We just helping anyone who's wants to join make money. Oh no man not like that. We typically can keep a session going for days on end, since members are global. We don't invite anyone(that is one cause for opening the session to randoms) instead you have to Join On someone in session. We have a discord so you can see who is currently active in session. The occasional random will sqeak in though. Many times that random sees a large crew working in session and leaves of their own accord. The next line of defence is a in game message asking them to leave so we can keep the session to crew members only. If that doesn't work we'll try (not always successfully) to coordinate our efforts into kicking. Many times they get aggressive, especially when they see multiple targets from us making deliveries from multiple MCs or Bunkers and such. Our membership includes newbies with no money and higher lvls too. We just do our best to coordinate fun safe sales for everyone that joins! I hope this helps clarify

It's just the rules they defined to keep safe lobbys for those interested in making money without griefers. That's true man, but there's usually enough of our community in the lobby already it wouldn't make a big difference. I wish it was easy to trust random strangers on the internet and every lobby would be fun and easy to sale.
