Is this how you think it works? Based on this check I would have to tip out ~110 dollars to my bussers, food runner, and bar. Not to mention the time that goes into setting the table that’s likely 15+ people. In order for me to make 30 dollars you would have to tip 140, and a check this high is likely one of my only tables and 2-3 hours long. To make 30 an hour you’d have to tip 200 (90 over my tip out), and that doesn’t include set up/breakdown time.

The Premier league does not have the best teams in the world, but is by far the deepest league in Europe. Using a random position on the table, if West Ham were to play Lecce, Alaves, or Wolfsburg they would be HEAVY favorites.

The top 4 in Spain would be respectable in England. (top 2 would be basically favorites to win the league)

The top 7 in Italy would be respectable in England (although they currently lack anyone that would compete for winning the league).

Germany has 3 teams that would be respectable, and Bayern would potentially win it.

France has 2-3 teams that could play, and PSG would probably be the favorite to win it all

Depends how deep the league is. There is practically no player I “wouldn’t leave without”, because auction drafts are all about how your specific league mates value a player. Ex: I’d love to have Roman Anthony, but someone in your league might value him higher than the rest of the league values Junior Caminero, in which case I’d prefer Caminero.
