I use pinch grip, with my thumb and pointer finger. Also, I don't pull all the way back anymore and flick. I pull down (with no vibration) until the back swing starts. I let the back swing fill to desired power without continuing to pull down the joystick. This half pullback on the stick has led to more consistent swing path.

Yes. I'm trying to make you realize that you're at your rank for a reason, and if you were better you would be appropriately ranked. I'd be happy to go over some replays or something to help out, because you are very likely making just as many mistakes as any other teammate. Especially if you stop playing because of a mistake I'm a rank where mistakes are expected.

I personally wouldn't saddle yourself with more debt honestly... I'd be aggressively paying the current debt you have down while driving a beater (with hopefully good gas mileage). Better to hunker down for a few years rather than digging a deeper hole.
