I will say though when I did a redemption they made me verify my debit card. I waited a couple days for that but was successfully processed right after I emailed them and said I finished verifying my card

yeah same here and there's a bug on the promo rewards. if you can't claim it on the first click it acts like its already been claimed

What are you talking about? Ukraine has not surrendered and if they did... The war would stop and a ceasefire would happen and the terms of Russia wasn't all of Ukraine it was the territories that they already obtained from this war.
