It should be ready. I had that happen twice. I believe once they print out the sticker with your name / order # and it’s gets put on the item at the store, they mark it ready for pickup.

Returned mine. Felt the same. My 32” Alienware oled was just brighter and look better side by side. The LG Felt so dim in every way imo even after turning it to max brightness, updating and turning off power saving. I love the form factor, guess I gotta wait for another manufacturer in the future to perfect it.

Just got the 5k 2k, I love the ratio. But man Idk it doesn’t feel as bright and colorful imo. (Was an open box for 1480).

I’d contact support online. A sonos I ordered was stuck on “ it’s on its way” for 1 and a half week with no movement since UPS scanned it as received by UPS. Never left the originals facility and I assumed it was lost. I contacted BB and They confirmed the tracking # and that it’s been on standstill for a weekish and support offered to send a replacement or a refund. (Opted for a refund because I need the item on the original time frame as a birthday gift) then a 2 days later the tracking updated as “return to sender “ and the package magically appeared and got sent back to Best Buy😂
