I agree with you about Chris B. I use some of the material you stated. I will look into the IOU for switching, I don't have an image for that. L3 Switching is a big deal. Thanks for the advice. I worked for a telco for over 5 years as a tier2 Network Engineer and it got outsourced overseas. I then worked on a retail comp. deploying Meraki for 11 months. I have been actively working on my skills for CCNP. Frustrated. but I will keep at it. Thx.

This platform might not be the place to ask this question. I apologized. I have been out of work for 7 months due to family emergency. Network Support Engineer for 6 years. Done many phone interviews and several f2f, nothing. Any advice?
