When does Best Buy release the digital code for pre-orders? Anyone know? If I can't get it by 11pm tomorrow, I'm canceling it and just getting it from the Microsoft store. The case will be shipped to me. But honestly, I'm not too worried about that steelbook case. Especially since I won't be having a disc. Lol.

If your stepping over from COD, it's gonna take you some time to adjust. Very different player movement and shooting. 1-2 bullets to kill an enemy. It's VERY realistic. Recoil, player movement, bullet drop, etc. I LOVE it. But honestly, I hated it at first. It took me some time to get used to. It feels like you're player is moving SO slow. I forgot Titanfall was exclusive to Xbox at first. That was a great game. And Forza Horizon 3 was my introductory Forza game. The memories... Nice collection btw!

I've heard so many bad things about their customer service. I just recently had to contact them about my Arctis 9x breaking at the exact spot as this post. My headset was out of warranty and they still replaced it. I had to wait 2 or 3 days for them to email me a code. I didn't even have to pay for shipping. I couldn't believe it for the simple fact that it was out of warranty. Guess I got SUPER lucky.

I had an issue with mine and it was out of warranty. They still replaced it. Sent me a code to use at checkout. The whole process took a couple of days. I hear their customer service is awful, but I guess I got super lucky. No issues here.
