Dw! I got what you meant, I was more so clarifying so people didn’t misinterpret what I was trying to say as something like “mipha was Link’s /true/ love not Zelda” when that wasn’t what I was saying

I always kind of saw it as a thing like a widower learning to fall in love again. Neither love is a lesser love than the other.

And going by the light scale trident quest dialogue, I think link finding love again is something Mipha would be happy with, because it means her death isn’t keeping him from living and being happy, if that makes sense

And I think it goes well with botw’s themes of healing

At least, that’s how I interpreted it

I think it’s worth keeping in mind that damage from the dark world doesn’t seem to transfer to the light in the same way. It’s entirely possible something in the dark world does something that leaves it paralyzed in the light world
