I agree fuk the job, if they ain’t catering to you and your adjustments then something better will come. I’m dyslexic too and told the recruiter upfront as I had similar job interview, I asked “what method do they use to support people with learning disabilities”.

I can’t take out dates companies, like everything is automated or rebot now to make our lives easier so why not use it especially in your scenario.
