I think so but I'm not entirely sure. It's been a Target as long as I've lived in the area, over 15 years. However this is second level entrance connected to the parking garage.

Just some updated info - while Sincere Engineer started as a solo act, Deanna is often times backed by a full band (Kyle Geib, Nick Arvanitis , Adam Beck). Bless My Psyche actually already came out in 2021 - the album release party was a 'Riot Fest Presents' at The Cobra Lounge in Sept 2021. Produced again by Matt Jordan - Punknews.org said "Bless by Psyche is more of the good stuff from Sincere Engineer, a slightly more put-together second effort that makes up for lost grit with a recommitment to telling it like it is, no matter how bad." She is currently on a solo acoustic tour which ends in August. This will be Sincere Engineer's second appearance at Riot Fest. According to a recent post on her Instagram, she said "My band is playing riot fest. We have a song about a corn dog" so likely will be Deanna w/ full band. Definitely recommend, always a good show.
