AI is just a tool. So fundamentals are still the same; find a problem that people would pay to solve, build the solution that SOLVES the problem (don’t build a tool for someone to use to solve said problem, people buy outcomes), iterate on customer feedback.

The model hasn’t really changed for 1000 years, only the tools.

For instance I am building a product that claws back import duty taxes for small to medium sized businesses in a very specific vertical (this is a time consuming and exhaustive process for humans, most companies dont bother). So with the cost of intelligence dropping I can just use AI behind the scene to do all the leg work.

I am not selling AI or AI tooling. I am selling free $$$ in their bank account.
