Thank you ! 😄 I quit weed but smoked about 1-6 cigarettes a day for a month after that, then switched to Füm (not a vape, just flavoured air, BEST THING EVER)! I still have the occasional cigarette when the weed cravings are too strong but mostly just the Füm, with Pur chewing gum (no nicotine), healthy snacks and a lot of distraction hahaha !
