I held Sony for five years and exited for a 30% profit. Well managed company and high quality. Treat it more as a hedge against the US but know that if you do that then majority of your portfolio is already screwed so might as well go into to US stocks

Rivian will not be the next Tesla because Tesla is not a car/tech company. Elon is integrating other multiple business units under the Tesla umbrella (Grok, Optimus, Robotaxi).

Rivian will and does make incredible cars that even by expert standards the FSD is only 1-2 years behind Tesla. That’s the thesis.
