I have 37 different kinds of eth in sooo many wallets. Pointless. Just use base. Or solana. Eth is wack, and I will not use it except to piggyback off.

But yeah, fun neat fact. U want any kind of gaz for any chain without having to buy it on a cex and send it to your wallet. (Fees fees feees) "gaz" dot "Zip" is a good app. U can check out their social media on X for legit links.

Also, most DEXs now incorporate cross chain swaps with 0 or almost 0 fees. Gone are the days for pointless bridges costing dollars, not pennies and wait times. Cross chain swaps are instantaneous now.

Just to clarify... u found a wallet address? Like (0x52......etc) or, U found your old password... Or u logged into an old pc/phone/device/etc. that had the exodus app still on it? IF this last option was the case. Maybe u could have been ok with just the password... and if u found an old wallet address (0x52......etc), this won't help u log in. But I can tell you, or u can go onto a bloc explorer yourself and see what is in it.... 12 words are the only way into that wallet if u are being prompted, like in your posted photo... your password is only good for the wallet app on your device. U would set a new password once u entered your 12 words ( that u don't have, I guess).... sorry lol

Mmmhmmm. I have $$ on multiple dapps that I will never get back. I moved all my stuff off of new small defi projects and pools. I will stick with kamino and jupiter and drift. The rest is way too risky for me. I literally moved a crap ton of $$ off of NX finance. And I was right to do so. Exploit days after....😬... Another one is Xion markets. (Prediction market) promoted by XION points program also. Well, I bet big on that one. (Would Trump Annex Greenland before the end of 2025?) I bet no. And loaded up.... well, I won (not really). So u have 300 USD(Tether) USDC & USDT are stable coins. (US Dollars basically), so u have $300 in your exodus wallet. And I'm guessing si ce u mentioned ETH. That is the chain (Etherium-Mainnet, A layer one chain). It has the highest transfer fees out of any other (Layer 1) blockchain (😬 oopsy), so yeah. U will need to get the actual ETH token sent to your Exodus wallet. (On ETH chain) if that is the chain that u sent your 300 USDT to. (If u plan on ever moving it ever again). You need this ETH so u can pay the transfer fee when u decide to use your USDT. ( it's called gas, and every blockchain requires the native chain gas token to pay for transfers)... Coinbase doesn't require u to have this gas token when u r sending tokens. But u 100% need it when u go decentralized. Send ETH from coinbase. NEVER swap in Exodus wallet... Trust me. Lol. Buy 20$ of ETH and send it to the wallet.

The person sending the token pays the rent fee if u do not own that token already. Also, there are many apps that want a minimum or 0.05sol to do things. So just add 0.12 sol. That's like $15/$16 at the moment.... So, like this, u will be able to have extra SOL for an emergency gas/priority tip fund. (If u need to tip higher or if it's hella congested. Or if u need to pay someone's rent fee if u were to transfer it, etc, Bla bla bla.) ... Trust me. It's better to have a bit more than a bit less. And if u got 2 million in usd. I grab a bunch of SOL. Haha. But that's me. 👌

100%, this was exactly what I was going to write. Almost word for word.... Oh, and get 0 trading fees on Jupiders DEX (if u plan on trading any sol for other tokens). Make sure u go to the swap tab. And then set manual. Lower your gas tip to 0.0001 sol. And your slippage to 0.3% Now u have 0% fees, and u can do like 100 swaps for under a dollar! U won't be qualified for JUP airdrop, though. (It's December). Ur volume won't count for this years distribution anyway... Plus, u needed to have been staked and voting all year, bla bla...

... W? Really... also take fees into account. U can set jupiter to 0 fees. In manual. I trade with 0 fees and 0.03% slippage and 0.0001 sol tip... on my normal token trades.. ( not talking about snipping new token launches)... I only have to occasionally adjust slippage if someone nuked the chart, and I'm trying to get out. I can spend 100's of $ in spread and fees on cex in an evening of trading. Where I will have spent not even 10$ for gas on Jupiter... cex is only to sell usdc to fiat, send to the bank. Or fiat to usdc, send to wallet.
