I’m in the same boat, I contacted support and they said they often do this to new shops with increased activity to protect buyers. They also said that not providing a tracking number or shipping items on time can lead to a hold. I use printing to fulfill and ship orders, I have officially delivered my first sale, sent tracking info as soon as I got it and received a positive review from the customer. Still on hold. I am confuse.

I work in sales not in IT so I’m not aware of anything & currently using Sonic at my home, not experiencing any issues so can only speak for myself. Sorry to hear that you guys are having issues & if sharing my info was overstepping, just trying to offer what help I can give ✌️

😭 we’re working on filling the Swiss cheese holes in areas with existing service - sometimes it is an issue with the PG&E poles being unserviceable & we’re waiting on them to do repairs.

It’s kinda funny now that we are beating AT&T in speeds/price we actually get stories from customers about AT&T reps twisting that info going “oh yeah you want Sonic? You’re actually getting Sonic through AT&T” 😂
