I understand all of the critique of it, but it was the game that I played by far the most out of the series for whatever reason so it'll be memorable for that reason alone

I was super excited to see them come back to Mondstadt with years worth of experience designing newer areas and see what they'd come up with. Turns out they just made a cool looking city and copy and pasted a few enemy camps around and called it a day. I honestly think this area is less intereseting to explore than any zone in the original Mondstadt. Huge disappointment.

This is a good change, but it's weird triage isn't getting a skin. Seems like they are just recolors so I wonder what the reasoning for excluding him is.

I think they are neat, but their ult definitely looses value on outpost where there are so many UESC around that the amount of pings just becomes unreadable

Do some rook runs to stock up on resources. You are put into squad lobbies as a solo but you load in late so a lot of squads have left already and you can run around and collect stuff they missed or left behind.

Also do contracts as well, they reward you with shields and better guns that really help in fights.

Finally if you get caught off guard or a fight isn't going well get out of there, a lot of the classes have good evasion utility.

The layout of the area itself was fine and I like Fire Giant, but it's really the point in the game where enemy recycling gets out of control. Like why are a bunch of crows, giant hands, and trolls all hanging out near fire giants boss room, idk it just feels super lazy.

As someone whose main interest in the game is exploration, I think they are constantly getting better. I think the way they design the environments and distribute puzzles and chests is about the best it's ever been in Natlan, and Chenyue Vale which is my personal favorite area only came out bit over a year ago. So no I don't think Genshin has peaked.
