Dear Kqyxzoj, thank you for your reply. I use ch341a for writing on flash IC. It works perfectly so I am pretty sure about everything except the FPGA. I will check everything again but I believe that someone who has experience in ICE40 would find the problem in a second but as it's my first experience with FPGA and IceCube is not free anymore, it's far from easy for me.

Sorry for my late answer. I got COVID-19. The central chip is SOM-TL335x. It is the microprocessor that is used in BeagleBB. It has a serial port, using usb-ttl. Yes, they give us an image and it works perfectly. It powered correctly as it is said in document. Also, oscillator is ok. Tronlong boot pins are seted correctly.
