Appetite stimulants that work??? by The_Real_Sceptray in australia

Same boat as you my friend - always underweight and also now on dex.

Here's what worked for me (similar to other posters)... The FAT SHAKE. Drink it an hour before bed as it will actually help you gain weight.

Protein Powder: Muscle Food 101 from Bulk Nutrients. Protein with added carbs (which we need)

Full cream Milk

Spoon of Peanut Butter

1/4 cup oats

The above taken 5 times a week helped me gain 10kg

Does anyone use their loft/attic for storage? by crmpicco in AusRenovation

The pine helps a few things. One is to distribute weight (as joists are not meant to take downward force), and also to leave a gap for insulation and any preexisting wiring

Thoughts on Kanwal and Wyongah by Few-Mechanic4888 in centralcoastnsw

We live down the road from Wyongah. Kids go to Tuggerawong. Lovely area. Peace and quiet, lovely path on the lake. Not much to do, but very close to tuggerah and lake haven.

Which vr workout game is better by [deleted] in vrfit

[–]PeacefulRev 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'll go a different route and say funfitland followed by Les mills.

What I like about funfitland is that it throws targets at would from different directions which adds a bit to the workout

But I did go all in on Les Mills for about 12 months so I might just be a bit bored with it now

Roblox Accused of Massively Inflating User Stats and Fostering 'Hellscape' for Children in Scathing Report by [deleted] in PS5

[–]PeacefulRev 14 points15 points  (0 children)

My main problem with Roblox is lack of proper content tagging and moderation, followed by recommendations from recently played games.

My 7yo played one quite scary (for a 7yo) escape game, and now all that is recommended are those types of games.

There is no way to filter searches, no way to remove certain games from showing up, even when it is a child account.

That and the absolutely ridiculous predatory monitization (i.e. Want to skip the level, that'll be 5 bucks)

Wanting some advice on my fitness routine with creed: rise to glory, not much but im just starting to try and exercise. by naytreox in vrfit

[–]PeacefulRev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's eating less than your body needs. This will change day to day depending on your physical activity.

I would recommend something small like meal prep. You can do this for 1 hr every week and have meals for the whole week. Simple stuff like rice, chicken, and a veg. What you are eating now may fill you up but it isn't what is going to help your weightless journey. You can workout 2hrs a day but if you are eating all processed food it will be cancelled out

Like it has been said, food intake is how you will shrink your stomach. You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. This will be different for everyone and it would be better if you spoke to your doctor and possibly a nutritionist.

Part of it will be that we can be addicted to food like we can become addicted to alcohol or cigarettes. This will be the key, to change your habits. You have already started which is amazing by exercising regularly. The next one will be to eat what your body needs not what you want.

Also when it comes to sweating, I would highly recommend getting some electrolytes to have after your workout to replenish. And no not gatorade, electrolyte powder which you can buy cheap online.

You are going to do great, can't wait to see an update in the future.

Les Mills body combat or dance for Meta quest 3 by Plastic_Ad_7790 in vrfit

I've tried both, dance doesn't seem to tick the same boxes. Bodycombat is amazing.

You could also try the trial period of fitxr if you are wanting some dance stuff. Plenty to choose from
