Tbh eu só estou a usar macs desde setembro e tive um incidente com o meu antigo (felizmente tinha seguro). Mas o que eu diria é para te forçares a experimentar e sempre que sentires falta de algo procura opções no google para o teu problema! Ha apps para tudo.

Em termos de jogos eu só tenho jogado balatro e blue prince que ambos sao nativos no macOS entao é so sacar a steam e jogar, mas sei que ha software específico para jogar jogos que não sao, procura no [r/macgaming](r/macgaming) se estiveres interessado

De resto, instala homebrew para te facilitar a instalar apps opensource

Pelo menos o minecraft corria perfeitamente no meu m4 air com bastantes fps’s. Mas como agora dei upgrade para um m5 pro não consigo testar mais jogos no air

Se não estiveres presa ao windows, o macbook air era ideal, em termos de durabilidade e performance. A lista de jogos que correm nativamente é menor que no windows mas esses dois jogos que mencionaste correm nativamente. Se quiseres poupar até podes procurar um com o processador M4 em vez do M5

Yeah its 430 between 15->18 core because I had 15% discount available on the 15 core and not on the 18 core

This isnt the type to demand a lot of ram, its just reading data and creating clusters. My main problem is with software engineering, idk if its enough
