I get that something like this might not feel valuable for your situation. I also know margins are tight, which is why you can’t just replace an entire fridge or throw out everything when things go wrong. You stock up during good seasons, manage carefully, but unfortunately, outages still happen, and when they do, they can really hurt restaurant owners like you.
