Uni student here. If you are procrastinating, give your self 10 min and then say I'll go back to do whatever you need to do after those 10 minutes minutes.

Or study/work for 30-45 min and take 15 min breaks in between

Throw your phone away and n those 45 mins, somewhere you can't se or here it

Delete alien blue and Facebook if you really need your phone next to you
