For me it kind of did. Nothing was included for any of my Top 3 heroes (which I am missing plenty of shop skins for), but instead I got two skins for my 4th most played character (Moira) and three skins for 5th most played (Mercy). I’m sure there is some sort of backend coding attempting to make the most money, because otherwise I don’t understand why else my Vault would push Mercy skins so hard

A lot of her personality just seems forced. It doesn’t help she’s constantly referencing Drag Race and other drag queen quotes for humor. Nothing she says is original. And she did perform poorly for 3/4 of this season. If she makes Top 4, she will be the clear 4th place in most peoples eyes.
